Parking is free; each unit has two unassigned spot and there is one handicap parking space. The perimeter and parking for the property is under surveillance for your added protection
Located one block off Federal Highway between Oakland Park Blvd and Sunrise Blvd in Wilton Manors. One mile to all the bars, nightclubs, restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, gyms, and more

House Rules
– No Parties
– No Smoking inside the unit or around the poo ($500 fine for smoking inside the unit)
– Plumbing: Do not flush baby wipes, tampons, or condoms
– No pets or children under 12
– Only 4 guests per unit
– No loud music or noise after 10pm
– Pool attire required at the pool
– Patio Furniture: If you move patio furniture please put it back where you found it.
– Clean BBQ after use
– Do not use oil based lubricants ($75 fine to replace sheets)
